I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color?

Due to the limited nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits or exchanges. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your name, billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by our payment system.

 What is Gender Neutral Sizing?

Gender Neutral sizing is suitable for, applicable to, or common to, not only men and women, but gender non-conforming, non-binary folx as well. Meaning, PLETHORA is for any and everyone. While the dimensions & fit are comparable to adult "men's" sizing, our garments are meant for those all across the spectrum and beyond.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the UPS tracking number. You can track your package via the shipping confirmation e-mail or visit the UPS website and enter your tracking number. Press the "track" button to get shipment details.


When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and at least an additional 7 business days for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Mondays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.


What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all U.S. continental domestic orders via UPS Ground. All packages are insured and trackable.

International orders are priced in USD and will be shipped either UPS, USPS or DHL. International shipping prices are shown at the checkout window and vary by country. Please note that all International orders are subject to customs fees and import duties.
